Our easily accessible vacation home, Casa Loma, is a brand new 3 bedroom vacation retreat. The sustainable green technology and construction methods utilized enabled this home to be certified as an EnergyStar home with a 5 star rating.

Casa Loma basically has two master bed/bath rooms, one with a king, the other a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom with a double bed has an adjacent half bathroom. There is also a couch that converts into a double bed in the living room. The large kitchen and open dining area add immediate comfort upon your entry.

We are located near Maysville, approximately 5 miles West of Poncha Springs. Exact directions and key box instructions will be forwarded prior to your visit. The most attractive thing for most people is that we are just minutes from area trails, streams and lakes. Salida is 10 minutes away as is the Monarch ski area. Best location around for both summer and winter activities! $175 - $300 per night** **Please note the rate can be lower depending on the total number of guests and the requested dates. Winter weekends, Spring Break, Holidays and Summer months are our peak periods. Please call for an exact quote and reservation. We offer PayPal credit card services for a small fee. Nightly rates include the cleaning charge on stays of three nights or more and all prices are subject to local sales and lodging tax. We will discount for groups of less than six occupants and will add $20 per night per person for those parties numbering more than six. We offer discounts on longer stays and ask us about our early bird ski weekend specials!

We have a very straight forward rental agreement form that is forwarded and returned with payment and / or damage deposit. The damage deposit is a fully refundable deposit held until inspection of the premises and varies in amount depending on number of guests and length of stay, and rarely is it more than $300.

We do not allow smoking inside. We generally do not allow pets, but will make a determination on a case by case basis upon request. We reserve the right to require a non refundable deposit.

We are here to assist and be of any help to our guests regarding area information, such as: current weather and road conditions, nearby trailheads, local attractions, coffee houses or restaurants. We will even provide the latest ski conditions and local fishing reports. We will answer your every question – it’s our policy!
